Vive Tennis Inc. ("Vive Tennis", "we", "us", "our") is a Canadian-incorporated robotics company with its principal office at Unit 6, 3429 Yonge St, Toronto, ON M4N 2N1, Canada. We design, manufacture and sell the Vive Tennis autonomous ball-collection robot.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information in compliance with Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and applicable provincial privacy legislation.

2. Information we collect

We collect personal information only when you choose to provide it:

• Order & contact information: name, email address, city/country, and role (e.g. "recreational player", "club operator") submitted through our order form on the home page.
• Career inquiries: name, email, and any attachments you send to info@vivetennis.ca.
• Investor & press inquiries: name, organization, and contact details you provide when requesting our data room or press materials.
• Technical information: standard server logs (IP address, browser type, page accessed, timestamp) generated automatically when you visit vivetennis.ca. We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising.

3. How we use your information

We use the information you provide only for the purpose for which it was collected, including:

• Fulfilling orders and sending you product shipment updates.
• Responding to inquiries you send us.
• Providing customer support and warranty service.
• Sending occasional product updates (only if you have ordered or explicitly opted in).
• Complying with legal obligations and protecting our rights.

We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not use your information for behavioural advertising.

Personal information is stored on servers operated by our hosting and email providers. Some service providers may store data outside Canada (for example, in the United States or European Union); in those cases the information remains protected by contractual obligations and applicable foreign privacy laws.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law (typically 7 years for tax and warranty records).

6. Security

We protect your personal information with appropriate physical, organizational and technical safeguards, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls limited to authorized personnel.

Under PIPEDA you have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Withdraw your consent to our use of your information (subject to legal or contractual requirements).
• File a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada at priv.gc.ca.

8. Children

Vive Tennis is a consumer hardware product marketed to adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently done so, contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Material changes will be communicated by email to existing customers.
