How and when your Vive arrives, and how to return it if it doesn't work out.

Shipping
Where we ship
We currently ship to Canada and the continental United States. Other regions are evaluated case-by-case — contact sales@vivetennis.ca with your address and we'll quote you directly.
Lead time
Direct-sale units typically ship within 3–4 weeks of order confirmation. We assemble units in small batches; your confirmation email will include the expected ship window for your specific order.
Cost
- Canada: flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout, typically CAD $25–$45 depending on province.
- United States: flat-rate shipping calculated at checkout, typically USD $40–$70 depending on state. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.
Carriers & tracking
We ship via Canada Post, UPS or FedEx depending on destination. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your unit leaves our facility.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss transfers to you when the carrier accepts the shipment. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the carrier's delivery confirmation and we will work with the carrier on your behalf.
Returns & refunds
30-day return window
If your Vive isn't right for you, return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price (shipping costs are non-refundable). The unit must be returned in its original packaging, in undamaged condition, with all included accessories.
How to start a return
- Email sales@vivetennis.ca with your order number and the reason for the return.
- We'll reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- Pack the unit in its original box, include the RMA number, and ship it back at your cost using a tracked service.
- We inspect the returned unit within 5 business days of receipt and process the refund to your original payment method within 7 business days of inspection.
Restocking fee
No restocking fee for unopened units returned within 30 days. Opened units in resaleable condition are refunded in full; units showing signs of use beyond a brief test are subject to a refund at our discretion based on condition (typically 80–95% of the purchase price).
Defective units
If your Vive arrives defective, contact us immediately. We will cover return shipping and either ship a replacement or issue a full refund, at your choice.
Warranty service
Every Vive Tennis robot is covered by a 12-month limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Full warranty terms are described in our Terms of Service. To request warranty service, email sales@vivetennis.ca.
Pilot programs for clubs and academies
We're piloting Vive with select tennis clubs and academies in 2026 under separate commercial terms. If you operate a club or academy and want to participate, email info@vivetennis.ca.
